ACT NO. 6819 BILL NO. 26-0198 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2005 yyariance from R-1 (Residential — Low Density) for Plot No. 56 East End , St. Cra and to grant a zoning variance from R-2 (Residential Low Density, One and Two-Family) Parcel No. 2, Estate Thomas, No. 6A New Quarter, St. Thomas ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands SECTION 1. Notwithstanding title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning variance from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) is granted for Plot No. 56, East End Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of 0.314 U.S. acres, as shown on OLG Drawing No. 1707, dated February 25, 1965 and revised Degember 15, 1975, which will permit the use of four existing apartments. All other requirements of the R-1 (Residential-Low Density) district continue to apply to the property. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning variance from the R-2 (Residential- Low Density One and Two Family) zoning designation is granted for Parcel No. 2 Estate Thomas, No. …
