ACT NO. 6702 BILL NO. 25-0228 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To provide for the lump-sum appropriation from the Health Revolving Fund for fiscal year October 1, 2004, through September 30, 2005 -—0-— BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following amount, or so much thereof as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes specified, is appropriated from funds available or deposited in the Health Revolving Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2005. SECTION 2. The lump-sum budget for Department of Health under this act is not subject to the transfer provisions of title 2, Virgin Islands Code, chapter 2, section 28(b) relating to item transfers.
