ACTNO.905 8 BILL NO. 36-0141 THIRTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2025 An act amending title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 23, section 415 to add a term of service for appointees to the Board of Physical Therapy Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 23, section 415, subsection (b), paragraph (6), subparagraph (A), is amended by adding at the end of the subparagraph: “All board members are appointed to a three year term and may serve until their successor is appointed.” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on October 30, 2025. st Witness our Hands and Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this 2) day of October, A.D., 2025.
