ETOE Section 1 BILL NO. 27-0064 GUVEKNUR TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act directing the Department of Property and Procurement to issue requests for proposals for a turkey contract for the construction of two government office complexes on St. Croix; authorizing the Governor to purchase or build a complex for government offices on St. Croix; and appropriating $800,000 to the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority for purchasing real property for housing in Estates White Bay and White Lady in St. Croix ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The Department of Property and Procurement shall issue a Request for Proposals, within 180 days after the effective date of this Act, for a turnkey contract for the construction of two government office complexes on the island of St. Croix, one on the outskirts of the town of Christiansted and one on the outskirts of the town of Frederiksted.
