ee Tee Meer epee BOARD OF OVERSEERS (Board of Trustees Meeting, March 10, 1963) Action was taken at this meeting on the organization of a board of Overseers to act in an advisory capacity to the Board of Trustees and to the College in helping to further the College's growth and develop- ment. After discussion, it was agreed that a final Overseers list would be compiled in the Office of the President containing the recommenda- tions of all of the members of the Board, and that invitations would be sent to the proposed candidates as soon as possible. Members of the Board agreed to send to the President an annotated list of candidates which was circulated at the Board meeting and to write individual letters to candidates with whom they were personally acquainted. The term of members of the Board of Overseers was established at three years.
