ACT NO. 2144 BILL NO. 32-0322 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An act granting a use variance to Parcel No. 5-C Estate Adrian, No. 1$ Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands to allow for a laundromat and a restaurant ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 23$a, a zoning use variance is granted from the R- 1 (Residential — Low Density) zoning requirements to Parcel No. 5-C Estate Adrian, No. 18 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 1.1 acres, as more fully described on Drawing No. D9-6759-T000, to allow for a laundromat and a restaurant. All other requirements of the R-l zoning district continue to apply to the subject property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on October 12, 2018.
