BILL NO. 30-0214 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act appropriating monies for salaries and expenses of the Election System of the Virgin Islands and to the St. Thomas and St. Croix Board of Elections for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2014 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $71,489 is appropriated from the General Fund to the St. Thomas/St. John Board of Elections for the operating expenses and any other related costs in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2014. SECTION 2. The sum of $77,818 is appropriated from the General Fund to the St. Croix Board of Elections for the operating expenses and any other related costs in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2014. SECTION 3. The sum of $1,205,569 is appropriated from the General Fund to the Office of the Supervisor of Elections for the operating expenses and any other related costs for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2014. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 27, 2013. …
