ACT NO. 8595 BILL NO. 34-0256 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-6 for the island of St. Croix to change the zoning designation of Parcel No. ID-A-I-Rem. Estate Montpellier, Queens Quarter, St. Croix from R-l (Residential-Low Density) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code. chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-6 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the designation of Parcel No. 10-A-I-Rem. Estate Montpellier, Queens Quarter, St. Croix. consisting of approximately 1.0 U.S. acre, as shown on Drawing No. D9-6706-C021 dated December 28. 2020, from R-l (Residential-Low Density) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family).
