ACT NN VPATR BILL NO. 30-0075 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act granting a zoning variance for Parcel Nos. 2-2 Remainder, 2-2-3 & 2-2-4 Estate Bovoni (Eastern Part), Nos. | & 2 Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas to allow for Office and Storage Services ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning use variance to the B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood) zoning designation is granted for Parcel Nos. 2-2 Remainder, 2-2-3 & 2-2-4 Estate Bovoni, (Eastern Part) Nos. 1 and 2 Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 9.95 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on OLG Map No. D9-7770-T006 to allow for Office and Storage Services. All other requirements of the B-2 (Business Secondary/Neighborhood) Zoning designation continue to apply to the property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on April 16, 2013. …
