The permit states the specific conditions that are necessary for an environmentally sound discharge of the waste stream generated from the ground-water clean up in the Tutu area into our collection eyatom* The permit ia conditioned that prior to discharge a temporary connection permit io attained from our utilities director. The effluent is required to meot at a minimum the federal drinking water guidelines and standards as established by th« EPA for volatile organic compounds (VOC) . …

The Dept, of Public Works requires that timely notification of the discharge is given and that the pertinent levels are attained in the effluent prior to discharge.
