Alaska Trip, Which Will End With a Toueh of the Tropies to Start June 20, SAILS FOR ALASKA JULY & - Expected Here not Later Than Middle of August; Will Speak on World Court and Domestie Affairs. President Harding’s Alaskan trip, whizh will end with a touch of the Tro- pics with his visit to the Canal Zone and Porto Rico, wi!l commence Wednesday, June 20, when the President leaves for St. Louis where he will inake e first ot fourteen speeches in the middle West and West. While no date has been fixed definitely for his visit herve it probably wiil not be later than the middle of August. Elaborate preparations are beirg made for the President’s trip across the con- tinent. A special Pullman ear is being fitted out for his use and it will be pro- vided with a powerful wireiess broad- caster so that while he is speaking from the observation platiorm he may be heard all over the ccuntry. The radio wili be one of the most powerful sets ever placed aboard a car. The President will make two speeches in Missouri, at St. Louis and at Kansas o City. He will then go to Hutehinson, Kansas; Denver, Cheyene, Wyoming; Jalt Lake City, Pceatetlo, and Idoho Falls, Idoha; Butte an Helena, Montana; and Spokane and Tacoma, Washington. He will sail for Alaska July 6.
