ACT NO, 7646 BILL NO. 30-0444 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act approving the proposed sale of Parcel No. 40 CB Estate Taarneberg, Kings Quarter, Right Away Encroachment, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands ---0--- WHEREAS, the Government of the Virgin Islands (“Grantor”) owns the right of way adjacent to Parcel No. 40CB Estate Taarneberg, Kings Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, approximately 435.03 square feet or 0.0100 U.S. acres, more or less, as illustrated on OLG No. D-93660-T86 dated September 19, 1986; and WHEREAS, 40-CB, LLC, a Virgin Islands Limited Liability Company (“Grantee”) owns Parcel No. 40CB Estate Taarneberg, Kings Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands consisting of 1,248 square feet, more or less, as illustrated on P.W.D. File No. D9-3660-T86 dated September 19, 1986, in fee simple, as convenanted in a Warranty Deed dated June 21, 2013; and WHEREAS, approximately 435.03 square feet or 0.0100 U.S. …
