ACT NO. 673°7 BILL NO. 26-0048 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2005 To amend Official Zoning Map No. STZ-10 for Parcels No. 2-2-1 and No. 2-2-2 Estate Bovoni, Nos.] and 2 Frenchman’s Bay Quarter. St. Thomas from R-3 (Residential- Medium Density ) to C (Commercial) ---0)--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-10 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcels No.2-2-] and No. 2-2-2, Estate Bovoni, Nos. ] and 2 Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 3.0 and 2.01 U.S. acres, respectively. as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawings No. F9-2418-T69, dated March 7, 1969. and F9-2679-T70, dated . respectively, from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to C (Commercial) with the condition that a landscape buffer be installed on the property’s eastern and northern boundaries. …
