SEs Se per eera a FTIOTA may eI a eae 5 ra ea ACT NO.6412 BILL NO. 24-0085 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 To provide that all revenues collected by the Virgin Islands Bureau of Internal Revenues in excess of those collected in the fiscal year 2000 be utilized to put all unionized government employees on step and for other purposes 0 BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law, all surplus revenues collected in fiscal year 2001 by the Virgin Islands Bureau of Internal Revenue, established under title 33, chapter 20, Virgin Islands Code and fifty percent (50%) of ali delinquent property taxes collected in accordance with title 33, chapter 89, Virgin Islands Code which are in excess of revenues appropriated by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands for the operation of the Government, including the Legislative, Judicial and Executive branches, for the fiscal year ending September 30; 2001, shall be appropriated to the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment F …
