Pursuant to 29 V.LC., §238, Official Zoning Map SCZ-12 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot No. 498-E Estate Strawberry Hill, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.277 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on OLG Drawing No. 5032, dated February 2, 1995, from (Residential-Low Density- One and Two Family) to B-3 (Business Scattered).
