Box 4269 San Juan, Puerto Rico 00936-4269 Re: Approval of the TuTu Services Stations Investigation Workplan. St. Thomas. USVI Dear Ms. Ramos: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has completed the review of the above-referenced document. The Workplan is approved and shall be incorporated as part of the Administrative Order by Consent pursuant to 7003 and 9003 of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The Administrative Order on Consent will be sent under a separate letter from the Office of the Regional Counsel. If you have any questions, please call Ms. Caroline Kwan of my staff.
