TNO 7481 BILL NO. 30-0080 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act granting a variance to Plot No. 75, Estate Boetzberg, East End Quarter “A”, St. Croix from the uses permitted in the B-2 (Business-Secondary Neighborhood) Zoning District to allow for manufacturing ice ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a variance is granted from the uses permitted in the B-2 (Business-Scattered/Neighborhood) Zoning District to Plot No. 75, Estate Boetzberg, East End Quarter “A”, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of 0.4946 U.S. acre, as shown on OLG Drawing No. 2654, dated August 29, 1969, for the manufacturing of ice. All other requirements of the B-2 Zoning District continue to apply to the subject property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on April 16, 2013.
