ACT NO, 8079 BILL NO. 32-0249 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act ratifying the Governor's approval of Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZJ-29-16W issued to Low Key Watersports, Inc. ---()--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources issued Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZJ-29-16W to Low Key Watersports, Inc., on June 14, 2017, which the Governor of the Virgin Islands approved on April 19, 2018; and WHEREAS, the Permit allows Low Key Watersports, Inc. to install a 70° x 6° floating dock in the nearshore area of Cruz Bay, located seaward of Parcel 3E Remainder Estate Cruz Bay, St. John, Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, title 12 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 2 r section 911, subsection (e) provides that the Governor's approval of a coastal zone permit must be ratified by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS, the Legislature has determined that the grant of Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. …
