REFERENCES. 6 Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 7 paper, or other record of the United States to the building 8 referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference 9 to the Wilbert Armstrong Post Office. 10 Passed the House of Representatives September 19, 1994.
