GERAGHTY '& MILLER, INC. nvironmental Services Ground Water Engineering Hydrocarbon Remediation Education April 17, 1992 Ms. Caroline Kwan, Project Manger USEPA - Region 26 Federal Plaza, Room 737 New York, New York 10278 Re: Relocation of Proposed Monitoring Well MW-1 ID Tutu Service Station Investigation St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands Dear Ms. Kwan: As a result of physical access limitations (see Figure 6, Storm-Water Sewer) and the Lutheran Church of the Reformation property boundaries, Geraghty & Miller, Inc. recommends the relocation of MW-1 ID approximately 50 feet south of the proposed location presented in Geraghty& Miller's report dated April 10, 1992 "Technical Memorandum I, Tutu Service Station Investigation, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands." According to Reverend Larry Miller, the original proposed location of MW-1 ID was in close proximity of a storm-water sewer and was outside the Lutheran Church of the Reformation property boundaries. Figures 3 and 6 (enclosed) present the revised location for Monitoring Well MW-1 ID. …
