ACT NO. 6869 BILL NO. 26-0278 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 ‘An Act appropriating monies from the Antilitter and Beautification Fund to the Waste Management Authority for the fiscal year ending September 20, 2007, and for other purposes ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from the Antilitter and Beautification Fund in the Treasury of the Virgin Islands, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2007, and shall remain available until expended for the purposes hereafter expressly named.
