Act No. 6303 (BILL NO. 23-0120) (Approved December 1, 1999) To provide appropriations from the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund for the fiscal year October 1, 1999 to September 30, 2000 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law, the following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out of funds available in the Caribbean Basin Initiative Fund, created pursuant to 26 USC (Public Law 98-67), for the fiscal year October 1, 1999 to September 30, 2000 and shall remain available until expended for the purposes hereafter expressly named: FUND 263100 CARIBBEAN BASIN INITIATIVE ORG 3100 FINANCE C/CNTR BC1201 CONTRIBUTION TO GEN FUND 95000 OTHER SERVICE & CHARGES ..2,300,000 C/CNTR BC1201 CONTRIBUTION TO GENERAL FUND 95000 OTHER SERVICE & CHARGES ......201,227 TOTAL ORG 3100 .............................. …
