Box 893 St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands 00804 Dear Ms. Harvey: As per our telephone conversation today, I have enclosed another copy of the site access agreement for review by your attorney. Geraghty & Miller will be conducting a pumping test at a nearby well during the week of May 2 through May 7, 1994. Please consult your attorney to confirm this. You should also be aware that site access has been given by other property owners in the area for the purpose of the pumping test. If you would show the access agreement to your attorney and sign all three copies of the agreement as soon as possible, we would be very grateful. Please return two copies to Geraghty & Miller, and retain one copy for your files. Again, please note that the testing will commence on May 2, 1994, and an immediate response is needed.
