Regular Session 2008 An Act appropriating the sum of $32,301,051 from the General Fund to the Virgin Is ds: Waste Management Authority for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2009 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Virgin Island Management Authority, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2009, the sum of $32;3 for operating expenses and any other related costs, - Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 18, 2008. .
