ACTNO. 7958 BILL NO. 31-0485 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act approving the Franchise Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands and VIGL Operations, LLC and the Lease and Sublease Agreements between the Government of the Virgin Islands and VIGL Operations, LLC | Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the Virgin Islands Code title 32, section 209, the Legislature of the Virgin Islands approves the agreement titled “Franchise Agreement by and between the Government of the United States Virgin Islands VIGL Operations, LLC” dated October 27, 2016. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the Virgin Islands Code title 31, section 205, subsection (c), the Legislature of the Virgin Islands approves the Lease Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands and VIGL Operations, LLC and Sublease Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands and VIGL Operations, LLC.
