ACTNO, 8044 BILL NO. 32-0182 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act to rezone Parcel No. 4-A Estate Cruz Bay Town, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands from B-3 (Business-Scattered) to B2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood) o--Q--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-7 for the island of St. John, Virgin Islands is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 4A Cruz Bay Town, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 1.00 U.S. acre as more fully described on Drawing No. D9-3190-T85, dated February 19, 1985 from B-3 (Business-Scuattered) to B- 2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood).
