Local Rule of Civil Procedure 7.4 states that a motion to reconsider “shall be filed within ten (10) days after the entry of the order or decision unless the time is extended by the court. Extensions will only be granted for good cause shown.” LRCi 7.4. The order which Plaintiff moves the Court to reconsider was entered on November 29, 2006 (Docket No. 135). Plaintiff’s motion was not filed until December 22, 2006. …

Accordingly, it is now hereby ORDERED Plaintiff’s Motion to Reconsider Order of November 29, 2006 (Docket No. 146) is DENIED.
