ACTNO. 874 6 BILL NO. 35-0153 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2023 An Act providing an appropriation for the operating expenses of the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission for the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from any available funds in the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission Revolving Fund for the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024, to the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission for operating expenses. 6032 PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION REVOLVING FUND FY 2024 380 DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING & CONSUMER AFFAIRS PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION $2,080,332 TOTAL 380 DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING & CONSUMER AFFAIRS $2,080,332 TOTAL 6032 PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION REVOLVING FUND — $2,080,332 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 22, 2023. …
