ACT NO.659¢ a BILL NO. 25-0070 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2003 To rezone Parcel No. 303 and 303A Estate Barren Spot, King Quarter, St, Croix, from R- 2 (Residential — Low Density, One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential — Medium Density) .--()--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Title 29, section 238, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-12 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 303 and 303A Estate Barren Spot, King Quarter, St, Croix, consisting of approximately 17.9272 US. acres, from (Residential — Low Density, One and Two Family) to R-3 (Residential — Medium Density).
