ACT NO. 7817 BILL NO. 31-0155 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act amending title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 1, section 8a, subsection (b) by adding a new paragraph (11) relating to the duties of the Office of Veterans Affairs in connection with inscribing names on memorials ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 1, section 8a, subsection (b), is amended by redesignating the remaining paragraphs accordingly and by adding a new paragraph (11) to read as follows: “(11) inscribe on the memorials located at the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Virgin Islands Veterans’ Memorial Park on St. Thomas and the Verne I. Richards Veterans Memorial Park on St. Croix, the names of deceased military personnel who died while on active duty.” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on December 17, 2015.
