ACT NO. 8633 BILL NO. 34-0319 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF TIlE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act providing an appropriation for the operating expenses of the Public Employees Relations Board and the Virgin Islands Labor Management Committee for the fiscal year October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023 ---0— Be it enacted by Kite Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, there is appropriated from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Govermnent of the Virgin Islands the sums of $1,496,909 to the Public Employees Relations Board and $188,899 to the Virgin Islands Labor Management Committee for operating expenses for the fiscal year October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023.
