LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS CERTIFICATE OF ENACTMENT NOTWITHSTANDING THE GOVERNOR’S VETO THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT, Bill No. 33-0217- An Act authorizing the Department of Property and Procurement in conjunction with other agencies to refurbish the building located at No. 48b Norre Gade on the island of St. Thomas and convert it into public restrooms to be used by the public, including tourists, enacted by the Thirty-Third Legislature of the Virgin Islands at its regular scssion held on June 29, 2020 (a copy of which is attached hereto), and vetoed by the Governor on July 23, 2020, was duly enacted, by override by the Thirty-Third Legislature at its regular session on September 25. 2020. pursuant to scction 9(d) of the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands. 48 U.S.C. § 1575 (d). notwithstanding the Governor’s veto and has become law.
