271 PERMANENT AND PUBLIC DIRECTORS OF THE FOUNDATION OF THE UNIVERSITY OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS (Board of Trustees meeting, November 16, 1986) The Board voted unanimously to adopt the list of permanent and public directors of the Foundation for the University of the Virgin Islands recommended by Mr. Ralph Paiewonsky in his memorandum of November 14, 1986, with the substitution of Mr. Luz James, Attorney, €or Mr. Larry Searles as public director for St. Croix.
