The final, actual scope of work will require resubmission by the Recipient to FEMA EHP for evaluation and approval prior to initiation of any work. Failure to resubmit the actual SOW for compliance review will jeopardize funding. Per FEMA Instruction 108- 1-1 2.2 F.3 (page 20) FEMA programs may deny an application if an applicant fails to provide requested EHP information or takes action that limits the choice of reasonable alternatives before EHP review is complete. Actions initiated and/or completed before fulfilling specific documentation and procedural requirements of EHP may not be considered for funding. No Source of condition: Monitoring Required: Standard Conditions: Any change to the approved scope of work will require re-evaluation for compliance with NEPA and other Laws and Executive Orders. This review does not address all federal, state and local requirements. Acceptance of federal funding requires recipient to comply with all federal, state and local laws. If ground disturbing activities occur during construction, applicant will monitor ground disturbance and if any potential archeological resources are discovered, will immediately cease construction in that area and notify the State and FEMA.
