1999 REGULAR AND SPECIAL SESSIONS Act No. 6335 APPROVED FOR LEGAL SUFFICIENCY: IVER STRIDIRON ATTORNEY GENERAL No. 6335 (BILL NO. 23-0193) (Approved December, 1999) To amend Official Zoning Map No. STZ-11, Parcel No. IB Kongens Gade, St. Thomas from R-3 to B-3 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-1 I for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the designation of Parcel No. 1 B Kongens Gade, King’s Quarter, St. Thomas, as described on Reference P. W. D. File No. G9-1729-T71 dated February 3, 1971, consisting of approximately 29, 115 square feet, from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-3 (Business- Scattered). SECTION 2. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning District Map No. SJZ-2 for the island of St. John is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcel No. 3 Estate Contant, No. 2 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, consisting of 27, 714 square feet, as shown on P.W.D.
