Existing Conditions: Presently, the Florence Williams Public Library is suffering from water infiltration which is causing deterioration to the facility. Proposed Scope: The intention of this project is to stop the infiltration of the water to the facility and stop the deterioration of the facility. 1. CONTRACTOR’S BID SHALL BE DISQUALIFIED IF ITEMIZED BID SHEET IS NOT FULLY COMPLETED WITH BOTH UNIT AND MATERIAL AND LABOR COSTS FOR ALL ITEMS. 2. THE QUANTITIES NOTED BELOW ARE NOT NECESSARILY EXACT, AND THE ITEMS NOTED DO NOT NECESSARILY MAKE UP ALL THE WORK REQUIRED, OR NOTED IN THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR THE COMPLETE MITIGATION EFFORTS TOWARD THE REPAIRS TO THE LIBRARY FACILITY. Remove four (4) non-functioning air condition compressors from facility’s roof and replace with new to match existing size and type.
