Lawaetz Legislative Conference Room in Mr. Christopher’s memory —0-—- WHEREAS, Kenneth Christopher, affectionately known as “KC”, was born on the island of St. Thomas on July 18, 1941, to Emma Ovilda Freeman Christopher and Claudius Christopher and was the eldest of five children, Leslie, Terrance, Carl, and Lucia; and WHEREAS, KC grew up during an era in the Virgin Islands when people looked out for one another and felt safe wherever they went. …
