You were kind enough to offer to send me the above materials as soon as they were available. We are in the process of completing our response to the RI and FS with the assistance of Arthur D. Little. The EPA generated sampling results and surface and subsurface investigations are needed in order for us and our consultants to prepare a complete response to the RI and FS.
