ACTNO. 8484 BILL NO. 34-0119 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2021 An Act providing an appropriation from the Government Insurance Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands to the Department of Labor and the Department of Finance for personnel, operating expenses and other purposes during the fiscal year October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated from the Government Insurance Fund to the Department of Labor for personnel, operating expenses and other purposes and to the Department of Finance for personnel, operating expenses and other purposes during the fiscal year October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022, as hereinafter specified: FY 2022 6000 GOVERNMENT INSURANCE FUND 370 DEPARTMENT OF LABOR TOTAL DEPARTMENT OF LABOR $1,767,728 390 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE TOTAL DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE $1,054,896 TOTAL GOVERNMENT INSURANCE FUND $2,822,624 2 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 17, 2021. …
