Thompson, Jr., posthumously and naming the Anguilla Wastewater Treatment Plant on St. Croix in his memory —-0-— WHEREAS, Harold G. Thomas, Jr. was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico to Harold Thompson, Sr. and America Thompson on July 24, 1963; and WHEREAS, Harold G. Thompson, Jr. attended the St. Dunstan’s Episcopal School from fist grade through eleventh grade, and the twelfth grade at the University of the Virgin Islands, as an early admissions student, graduating valedictorian from St. Dustan’s in 1980, and graduating from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, now known as Rensselaer University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1984; and WHEREAS, Harold G.
