ACTNO, 7820 BILL NO. 31-0288 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act ratifying the Governor's approval of Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZJ-12-14W between the Government of the Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources and Great Cruz Bay Home Owner’s Association, Inc. ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources issued Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZJ-12-14W to Great Cruz Bay Home Owner’s Association, Inc. on June 1, 2015, which the Governor of the Virgin Islands approved on September 2, 2015; and WHEREAS, the Permit allows Great Cruz Bay Home Owner’s Association, Inc. the continued use and occupancy of 228.5 square feet of water area located seaward of an unidentified lot known as Great Cruz Bay Home Owner's Association, Inc. common parcel and depicted on OLG Map No. D9-6425-T98, Estate Chocolate Hole, St. …
