(809) 793-6555 *64802* 64802 MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORT NO. 15 May 7, 1993 RE: Administrative Order on Consent Index No. H - RCRA - Proceeding 7003 & 9003-92-0401 This status report includes the work performed during the period from April 1 through April 30, 1993. WORK COMPLETED DURING PREVIOUS MONTH 1. Performed on-site analysis of bedrock core and outcrops. 2. Prepared hydrographs of previous aquifer pumping tests. 3. Held a project meeting to discuss hydrographs and aquifer pumping test results. 4. Attended April 26, 1993 Department of Planning and Natural Resources (DPNR) meeting to discuss supply well operations. 5. Attended April 27 and 28, 1993 meeting with DPNR and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Re: Technical Memorandum 6. Agreed to install four additional shallow monitoring wells. 7. Began to coordinate site-access agreements and Earth Change Permit revisions for the four proposed monitoring wells. 8. Completed data validation of soil samples. 9. Discussed disposal arrangements for the drilling cuttings with USEPA and DPNR. Follow up letter will be sent. WORK TO BE COMPLETED DURING NEXT MONTH 1. Prepare letters summarizing agreements reached during meetings. 2. Prepare follow-up letter for drilling cuttings disposal. 3 . Finalize bedrock core logs and records of bedrock coring parameters. 4. Complete Revised Technical Memorandum n in response to USEPA comments, submit Revised Technical Memorandum II to USEPA by May 24, 1993. 5. Continue data analysis and preparation of the RI Report.
