ACTNO. 8678 BILL NO. 34-0392 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-12 for the island of St. Croix to allow for the rezoning of Plots No. 1-K and 1-L Estate Diamond, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-2 (Business- Secondary/Neighborhood), with a use variance to aliow for a water distillation plant and ice manufacture and sales —0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-12 for the island of St. Croix, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plots No. 1-K and 1-L Estate Diamond, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 1.4129 combined acres, as described on PWD Drawing No. 2526, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood).
