John—Board of Governors of the Virgin Islands Port Authority Dear Mr. President: In accordance with the provisions of Title 29, Chapter 10 § 541 of the Virgin Islands Code, I hereby renominate Mr. Willard S. John to serve as a member of the Board of Governors of the Virgin Islands Port Authority and representative of the island of St. Croix. As a current member, he is knowledgeable of the operations of the Board of Governors of the Virgin Islands Port Authority. Additionally, he has demonstrated valuable leadership and commitment as Chairman of this board. Accordingly, it is my pleasure to ask for the advice and consent of the Thirty-Sixth Legislature of the Virgin Islands on the renomination of Mr. Willard S. John. …
