ACTNO. 8568 BILL NO. 34-0215 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act granting a zoning use variance from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) zoning designation for Plot No. 44 Estate Williams Delight, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands to allow for a nail salon Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to 29 V.LC. § 238a, a zoning use variance is granted from the R- 2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) zoning designation for Plot No. 44 Estate William’s Delight, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of 0.238 U.S. acres, as described on Drawing No. 2188, to allow for a nail salon. All other requirements of the R-2 zoning designation continue to apply to the subject property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on March 24, 2022.
