ACTNO. 8677 BILL NO. 34-0389 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for the island of St. Croix for rezoning of Parcels No. 73-B and 271 Estate Concordia, West End Quarter, St. Croix from R-3 (Residential- Medium Density) to P (Public) —~I— Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for the island of St. Croix, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcels No. 73-B and 271 Estate Concordia, West End Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 1.67 U.S. acres, as described on Drawings No. 2217 and 5421 from R-3 (Residential- Medium Density) to P (Public). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on December 20, 2022.
