ACTNO, 8038 BILL NO. 32-0142 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act to rezone Parcel No. 13AA Estate Contant, No. 2 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two-Family) to R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) ---0)--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-2 for the island of St. John, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 13AA Estate Contant, No. 2 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 10,215 sq. feet as more fully described on Drawing No. F9-3358-T75 dated April 27, 1975 from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two-Family) to R-4 (Residential-Medium Density).
