Smith—Board of Governors of the Virgin Islands Port Authority Dear Mr. President: In accordance with the provisions of Title 29, Chapter 10 § 541 and Title 3, Chapter 5 § 65a of the Virgin Islands Code, I hereby renominate Ms. Leona E. Smith to serve a third term as a member of the Board of Governors of the Virgin Islands Port Authority and representative of the Island of St. John. Additionally, | request that the Legislature find that Ms. Smith has given exceptional service as a member of the Board of Governors of the Virgin Islands Port Authority. Throughout her terms, she has served dutifully and consistently to allow the board to carry out its functions. Moreover, she is a reliable team member who has made valuable contributions. …
