ACT NO. 8169 BILL NO. 32-0327 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act benefitting especially senior citizens of the Virgin Islands by amending Virgin Islands Code title 15, chapter 13 by adding subchapters II, III, and IV to enact the Uniform Nonprobate Transfer on Death Act, the Uniform Real Property Transfer on Death Act and the Uniform Disclaimer of Property Interest Act and by adding chapter 60 to title 15 to enact the Uniform Custodial Trust Act; and by amending title 28, chapter 21 by adding a subchapter II to enact the Uniform Partition of Heirs Property Act a--Qee- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: CHAPTER I.
