ACTNO.8898 BILL NO. 35-0350 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2024 An Act providing an appropriation from the St. John Capital Improvement Fund to the Virgin Islands Department of Public Works for road repair and maintenance projects in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature ofthe Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $3,000,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, from the St. Jolm Capital Improvement Fund to the Virgin Islands Department of Public Works for the following purposes: 3019 ST. JOHN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FY2025 610 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS REPAIRS AND RENOVATIONS OF CRUZ BAY RESTROOMS $ 500,000 REPAIRS AND RENOVATIONS OF JOHNNY HORN ROAD $2,500,000 TOTAL 610 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS $3,000,000 TOTAL 3019 ST. JOHN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND $3,000,000 SECTION 2.
